Spa 24 hours - is that "a day at a health club"?

Sleeping in the back of your car would be fine. Most people there seem to sleep in their car van or just put a tent next to it. (unless you are Dutch, Drunk, remember where your car keys are and where you put you tent!)

I think it is P3 where you should head but basically after leaving Francorchamps village, go past the fuel garage on your right, take the Left at the roundabout and follow the road, Take the right to the main car park. Don't think it is the first turning but I know it is tarmac and usually signposted media etc.

Hope to make it myself but looking unlikely now. Enjoy it, one not to be missed.

I have heard of roadworks around Brussels down to two lanes. I would recon on between 3.5 and 4 hours would be a safe bet on Friday evening. I have done it in 2.5 hours though.

Use a Sat Nav and check traffic as much as you can. Hold ups in Belgium can be avoided usually and save many hours.

Traffic around Brussels could be a mess, but on Saturday it should be ok.  Another route is going through Antwerp, take the E313 direction Hasselt-Liege, and then get onto the E42 direction Verviers-Spa.

I'll get to the 'Ring first for a VLN race (Saturday 12-4 pm) and head onto Spa afterwards, should arrive there around 5.30 or 6.  Not sure to stay overnight.

Not sure about P3 though Rick! Usually the 24 hours is busy by that time, but P4 is just across the road from P3. It has a few advantages, it is reasonable flat and more spacious. Other then that it should be fine. I am planning on getting there friday morning or sat morning.
