This is a cry for help to any German speaking members who might have the time to help me out with a little research.

My Car has broken down in Bremmen and needs a new cylinder head or Engine so i was hoping to find some where in Germany that might be able to fit a recondioned head or engine so i can then return my car home. i have a budget of around £1250 or 1400 euro

Thanks Nick

Hi Nick,

I know your problem, we talked at Le Mans and BTW it was great to meet you in person. I'll try to google up something in the German language part of the web, however, I need some information:

1. Where exactly is your car? I recall it was Frankfurt? Do you have an adress with street, no, postal code and the usual stuff?
2. I need details about the car. What make, year, which engine, transmission, best would probably  be the manufactorers vehicle identification no - I think it has 7 digits.
3. What exactly do you think is the problem with the engine?

Cheers

i know exactly what is wrong with the engine, it has broken a cam follower and distroyed the cam shaft, so at the least it needs a reconditioned cylinder head
