About 20 minutes from the house.

Watching this:

Every moment was a f**k me moment.  Amazing stuff.  Seeing a 906 on the road was incredible - yes I know they're around the tracks often enough but....

Blimey, there's some nice cars there, - most with French number plates too, I didn't realise the French were into motorsport that much.

French motorsport is the best in Europe. I get a copy of Echappement Classic Magazine every couple of months and the events and quality of cars is incredible. The closed road rallies are brilliant and have everything from Peugoet 106s to full blown group B quattros.
Tour Auto has always been on my 'must do' list. Maybe next year.

Isn't there a famous French rally driver called Lobe, who's won a few thing, because Citroen spend a fortune, and when Renault used to,  there was Jean Ragnotti, who could put a little Renault through the smallest passages in French villages and who did Le Mans as well and then Rene Metge who did Dakar and Le Mans in the 4wd Porker 961, and aren't many of the entries in Le Mans French.

I could go on
