Didier Bonnet, the man behind Debora died yesterday aged 61.

Ooo, er.

Sorry, never a subject for jest when somebody dies, and pretty young, to boot.  Another of that band of enthusiastic French sports car constructors they seem to breed here.  A nice tribue on Endurance Info today including a bit  from Yves Courage.

That was an inadvertent 'ooer missus'. I should be more careful!

Bonnet was of that indomitable French 'go it alone' breed. The 'Debs' were popular with the British contingent I think for being plucky underdogs with more ingenuity than money. He will be sorely missed.
