Also a late one, but Happy new year to all !

Hoping 2011 will be the year for the Astons to close the gap to the Audi and Pug tractors.

Vettal wins againHelio Castroneves joins the elite club of four time Indy 500 winners. expect soLoeb is WRC champion...Again!  And Raikkonen will continue to destroy rally cars at a staggaring rate. No one can touch loeb. Raikkonen will be out of a drive before the season is outBen Spies is MotoGP champion for Yamaha. Lorenzo again. Spies wont be able to hold a candle to himFax

Happy new year!!

Aston have a better chance this year, but watch out for the Lola Toyota as well

Peugeot wins Sebring, and Le Mans, but Audi takes the Petit.Peugeot at Sebring, Audi at Le-Mans (but I also forsee a Peugeot expiry after 20 hours, and a shock result coming, perhaps an Aston Mop up?) Audi at the Petit.
Lewis Hamilton scoops his second F1 title.Agreed
Helio Castroneves joins the elite club of four time Indy 500 winners.Agreed
Loeb is WRC champion...Again!  And Raikkonen will continue to destroy rally cars at a staggaring rate.Agreed - with a little luck, Raikkonen will realise that gravel, ice and mud doesn't suit him!
Ben Spies is MotoGP champion for Yamaha.Lorenzo I think - pushed hard by Rossi

Happy New year all - And an especially happy new year to you Fax - my predictions above - I can't see the Audi being competitive at Sebring in their old car, but if that new Audi goes as well as it looks, I suspect they're in for a good season.   I have a feeling that something odd is going to happen at LM - maybe a full wipeout of all of the diesels, to let the Astons in for the overall?  Or even a touch and go dash to the finish with the Diesels hitting trouble, and the Astons being in the lead, but having to drive the skin off the thing to get it over the line ahead?   I forsee a good 2011 for motorsports!

Brad / Fax,

Could you two go back to arguing about whether Nigel Mansell is a twat or not please?  Don't get me wrong, I think it's great that we're all getting on nicely, but the arguing is so much more fun to read.   Evil

Love you both...

Hi Doris,
Likewise, love you, miss you.  Hope you had a great Christmas & New Year.
Anytime anyone wants to spout off about what charming, talented blokes, Nigel Mansell, Ayrton Senna, or Michael Schumacher were, I'll be more than happy to put my two cents in.
Cheers,

Helio Castroneves joins the elite club of four time Indy 500 winners and nobody notices or cares.

Corrected for accuracy.  Wink

I agree that Hamilton will get his second title, and that Loeb will again win the WRC, but Audi will win Le Mans after a tactical loss at Sebring.  Meanwhile, Aston will have a fantastic technologically advanced car, that will be very fast, but may take time to achieve reliability and speed through development.  One thing is for sure, its going to be a great year, and I can't wait for June (even though I am one step closer to divorce as 'er indoors has her birthday on June 11th).  Happy new year to all!
