I personally think that is absolutely beautiful. 
This is what we've been missing - open cockpit prototypes are F1 cars with bigger bodies - closed cockpits? - well that's back into Sportscar world.  NICE!

First outing at Spa in May, not going to Sebring apparently.

lame!

i hope they change their minds on that one. ive been waiting to see audi drop a closed top sportscar on us but this one is shocking looking. im sure ill grow to like it more but its so brutal! im also kind of sad that i never got to see the r15 race. i love that car. is there any word of teams running r15's privately this year?

No? Maybe they will be there but wait until the race is over and the fans have gone home before they test. Same as they did this year.

Unfortunately, between modern saftey regulations, and contemporary aeodynamic theories, most single-seaters and prototypes are butt-ugly.
