Drat and double drat. Looks like I'm going to be working on Saturday but if I'm still feeling fresh I might gun the Alfa down Saturday night. It's a 300 mile run from here but I can usually do it in around 4 hours. That will make it around midnight by the time I get to Whittlebury. What's the craic for late arrivals?

A sweaty one on those vinyl seats I guess... I would expect you to be welcomed heartily, I can almost guarantee someone will still be be up... it seems to be turning into a proper mini LM!

We won't be there, the puppy dog is poorly and too high maintenance to farm out to someone else.
Have a fab time, I'm really sorry that we won't see you all xxx

Great weekend and good to meet up with so many regulars. I must admit that I didn't quite make it to the end of the race but wasn't far away. Bloomin' cold on Saturday night though wasn't it? Good to see you all again.

Well the Race wasn't a Classic but then they can't all be fantastic.
For me the best bit was the fact my wife enjoyed the day. Thanks to Werner for organising acceess to the KSM garage so we could wittness a Pit stop at close quarters.
I think I met up with most people over the weekend though I know I missed Barry.
