The postage rates are as follows .

Each T shirt weighs 200grams and after 1kg the rates are a little more.

1 T Shirt = 56p Second Class
2 = £1.10 Second Class
3 = £ 1.68 Second Class
4 = £ 3.06 First Class only from now on
5 = £ 3.67
6 = £4.56
7 = £5.45
8 = £6.34
9 = £7.23
10 = £8.12

To the best of my knowledge no one has ordered more than 10.

I have a 44 to 46 inch chest ( jacket ) and broudish shoulders, 6'1" and 15 1/2 stone , and its a good fit, not tight , but not a tent.

Does that help , or do you to know the colour of my eyes , inside leg etc

Thanks Robbo, that's actually a very big help.  No I don't need your inside leg measurement, but there might be some other out there who are interested
