Hi all,

several times (last time was about 4 years ago) I gave excess tickets back at the ACO booking office start of race week, they tried then to sell them for me and I could pick up the money after the race - of course only if they managed to sell the tickets.

I have now a report that 2 years ago this did not work any more.

Has anyone made a recent expirience with this - Did thy stop it completely?

Cheers

Werner

Tried it last year Werner, the nice ACO lady explained that they don't do that anymore.

Thanks Bas, so I'll change that in the CA Guide

Had the same issue 2 years ago. Had extra Blue Nords which I wanted to flog off, but they wouldn't take them.

This film should be played at high volume, so don't come complaining about it! And who the hell is Steve?

We've used ebay and CA to get rid of our extras for the past two years - worked well generally. (PS - we've got so GEs going spare again this year - lol)

If you have spare GE's I'll be happy to take them from you for facevalue!

Bloody French bastards !

Just checked the grandstand tickets I ordered directly at the ACO, 5 in total and only 2 are adjacent.  The other 3 are either 5 of 6 places to the right of left or even a row back  >:(.
Guess I'll have to try to swap them somewhere so we can sit together ... any chance that might still work at the Rotunda ?

No chance at the Rotunda I'm afraid, just make sure that you are early in your grandstand Saturday before the start and try to swap with your neighbours.

It's not too big of a deal though, many grandstands are only fully occupied at the start and after that there will always be blocks of 5 seats that remain unoccupied.
