I picked this up from the 10/10s fourm, anyone know?
Club Arnage's Le Mans 24 Hours archives/updates
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I remember sometime ago that the Club Arnage website had some excellent news updates throughout the 24 Hours race from different years.
I recall there was a lot of live updates throughout the 1999 race when I looked at it from last year.
Now it is not there anymore, where is it gone?
Thank you

Don't recall anything like that on the CA Forum. May be it's best you pm our mods Steve and Smokie, probably they know about this.
Cheers

There did used to be a whole lot more on the old CA site, I dont specifically remember race updates but there was loads of different sections before and it seems to be only the forum now.

Le Mans - the how you get there is not quite as important as being there.

Club Arnage existed to give Le Mans a website before there was even an ACO site. After five years of going it alone, we were asked by the ACO to provide race coverage for the official site. That is why we reduced down to being 'forum only'. To be honest, if you look at all the old webstats it was always the forum pages that were most busy anyway.
Ten years on, we (I mean the CA media team) still do the English text for the ACO and will be again this year (2010), however we do this time, plan to provide some CA race reports as well.
