drink a lot of drinks, eat a lot of food and see other people blow up huge amounts of fireworks after that: drink a lot of drinks and eat a lot of food

Looks like a big party with a band, camping and a bonfire or else low key with the neighbors and a small fire, depends on the husband's mood.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Cooking Chicken Tetrazzini for myself and Lady Steve complimented by some chilled Pinot Grigio and accompanied by Jules Holland on the telly. Bugger all else to do in our village! Going for a looooooong walk in the countryside tomorrow to blow away the cobwebs.
May I wish a very Happy and Contented New Year to all my friends on Club Arnage and look forward to seeing you all in June if not before.

A quiet night in with Mrs Ade & a few cans of Guinness. Will watch the fireworks burst over Ilkley at midnight.
A Happy New Year to all.

Le Mans - the how you get there is not quite as important as being there.
