Can you imagine how busy the industrial tribunals are at the moment, unfortunately employers are getting away with a lot more in the current climate, it's wrong but that's the way it is and nothing compared to what it will be like if Maggie's protege Cameron gets in.
Having been involved with prelim work on behalf of employer clients, you would not believe some of the decisions that so-called tribunials make, often based on no evidence at all, merely supposition, word of mouth and blatant invention and lies. They are truly biased against employers, even when faced with lying cheating, stealing employees. It's a disgrace, all thanks to politically motivated placements on tribunals by this corrupt, useless, spendthrift Labour Govt who are shortly to be consigned to the dustbin of history, or even better, in prison where they belong.
Oh and IMO Cameron is about as much a Maggie protege as Michael Foot! He's hardly Norman Tebbit is he??
