D'oh - just went on to book my tickets, and advance purchase finished yesterday. I can still pre-book at full price plus $8 sending, even though I'll use Will Call. So

Q1: do they run out of tickets, if I left buying it until I arrived?

Q2: Is there anyone not going until later in the week who wants to "sell" me use of their ticket (entry + parking) so I can get in on Wed and leave (maybe) Fri morning?

A piano? what for?

I think Rex had a hand in this
Cheers Bob...
Indeed the Piano was mine, well not actuall mine but came from my dads Masonic Lodge, Hengist in Bournemouth and had been there for over 50 years unused. The timber was very well seasoned and she burned a treat on the Sunday night.
A fitting end, from the Masons to the Brethren Grin
A big thanks also goes to Robspot for transporting it down along with our lovely 3 piece suites in the Robspot Racing van with the tail lift.

Has anyone else had an upright Piano at a race event? Baby Grand Next!!

Cheers Matt...  one year Pig Pen Racing will hit Turn 10! Little fat drunk man miles from home!

Come on Pig Pen, Do it now!
We are acustomed to little fat drunk men miles from home!
Its our specialty.

Yeh, come on Rex, you know it makes sense

Actully I think LPP would fit in better with F-Troop....we can find him a piano for the stage!
I really want to be there but funds wont permit this year.. unless a sponsorship  can be arranged... heheh

Wouldn't have minded seeing it, but quite pleased it's off really - like many short lived events the experience is probably outweighed by the anticipation, and, more to the point, I'm now left with one less option to consider.

Anyone who was at Road Atlanta back in the autumn doesn't need to be reminded of what a bitch mother nature can be. Wink
