If anyone is travelling through The New Forest on the A35 and is feeling thirsty they could do alot worse than visit the newly opened Concourer attached to The East Close Hotel at Hinton. Its very pleasant, reasonably priced and the food looks fabulous. Its Posh! Check it out if you're passing and let me know if you are going as its a 5 minute walk from the end of our lane.  |

Is that the one that was called the Saddle bar? My folks have lived in Highcliffe for ages, and every time I drive down I wonder when the place is going to open - I want to go in....
Rex...I'm feeling the need for a mass CA gathering there in the near future (not this weekend, or the following weekend, or the one after that, cos most of us are busy!)

I have half of the melans staying with me this weekend - so sorry, no can do.....
The following weekend is LMS
The following weekend is Goodwood? or something - I don't know - I just turn up places and collapse drunk shortly afterwards.
I am never bringing my wife to another gathering that you are in attendance of - not after the wedding at least....

OK well given that weena seems intent on nit picking, I have two thirds of the melans staying at my house.....
Which I personally think is plenty, given that I only have one bathroom, and that this is likely to be engaged for long periods of time, whilst a certain member of the group has a power nap.....
