Thanks a lot to all who replied, I've got everything I need now.
I have an Arnage (camp) pass: are the others the same in that they come with a plastic holder and a request to slip the pass into the holder which should be stuck on the bottom of the windscreen on the driver's side? If not I can add an Arnage pass to the mix.
