I think my days as a stunt man have ended early!!  Grin

And after the spin, when I go to Sebring I will be staying at 10 Turns!  Roll Eyes

For those of you that haven't seen it already:

yes, but do you have any photos of the car (before or after) with a Euro Jack sticker on it?

 Grin

Not on the Scooby, but we did do the NSX!!

Ouch!

The owner of the business next door told me that he was only 15 mins behind you and like my self are pleased that you are OK, best wishes from all at Bobbblehat Racing

If you are around Thuxton (28/29th) for Brit GT/F3 drop by to Team GCR and Tom in G50 and have a cuppa.

Mark,
Can't tell you how enormously happy I am to hear that your back home and in one piece.  Who the hell was I supposed to go t-shirt shopping with at Sebring if you checked out Wink  Seriously, very happy things are okay, cars can be replaced, good blokes can't.

All at Team Zarse were delighted to hear everyone had walked away in one piece. I happened to call Mark moments after he'd crawled from the wreckage, and he was glumly awaiting the arrival of the Police....  Wink

This incident serves to show the massive inprovements in safety of modern cars. Twenty years ago, say in a Mk3 Escort, that incident would have been a fatac, no question in my mind. And yet all we now have is a cracked rib and bust sternum. It also proves the huge integrity of the Subaru Impreza, bred from rallying and WRC in particular. Scoobies have a massively strong front subframe; I myself can testify to this when just after Lm last year a daft bitch in a brand new Vectra pulled a U-ey in front of my Forester (sam chassis). We hit her amidships and the impact took her back axle clean off. All it did to the Forester was crack the bumper.  Cheesy Tough things these scoobies!
