Jaguar C Type.  1952 or 1953.  The car has a modified 'long tail'.

First guess was a big Healey, but from that angle could be a C Type Jag.

Steve got it straight away. I guessed someone would. It is the 1952 C type of which three were made and of which none exists. While Jaguar won in 1951 & 1953 with a C type, they changed the bodywork for higher top speed in 1952 but all the cars overheated and dropped out. I still think it looks gorgeous though. None of the cars were ever registered because they were driven from Coventry to Le Mans on trade plates.  Well done Steve!
