Please don't mention frost and snow, I've just got the bike out of hibernation.
I can't even give it a good hose down if it gets salty, cos they have banned hosepipes, and it's raining.
The Victorians bulit canels the length and breadth of England, and the waterboards can't even get water from the north down to the south in 2006. Progress or what?

Oi - you southerners keep yer hands off our water, we have to put up with it pi**ing down 11 months of the year so at least we should be able to wash our cars properly and fill up the paddling pool for the 2 weeks it isnt raining!

If I read the restrictions correctly are still allowed to fill up our paddling pools with a hose, also a waterbutt, which we can then attach a hose to, and use
