I know Matt will be spluttering into his pint here, but I drove a manual C6 this evening and it was awesome.
My neighbor and I swapped rides and although he was sniffing up my arse in my Turbo, it took nothing away from the insane ride of the Vette.
Not only does it tug like a mo fo, I was incredibly impressed by the suspension and handling. Very predictable ride once you knew how it behaved and a distinct improvement over the C5 in my opinion.
Boat loads of torque and the sound was so great. Spluttering exhaust note on the downshifts. I felt like Big Ron was sitting next to me! The Z06 would be INSANE!

My Dad used to have a nice family car, a 2+2 E-type.
Used to get all six of the family in it when we went to visit relatives. The short drive was from near Goodwood to Newcastle. Used to amaze people when four children used to get out of the back seat!

Looks like the 'super Corvette' will be coming to Europe as well.

We were impressed by your brother Matts Corvette, the Z06 looks awesome - and at 45k probably less in real terms than he paid for it.
