here's a link to a french site that'll show you the pics.
The main road behind the stands has been moved nearer the airport and you will be able to walk the other side of the Maison Blanche Grandstand to get to the campsite.

Yes Powermite, but when your interest runs to other things besides Sportscars, such as F1 Stockcars, Rallying, Nascar, IRL, etc, then Daily Sports Car doesn't cover such events. Not to mention the modelling magazines and Racer magazine that I subscripe to and everything else my money disappears on each month. I can't warrant the 35 quid for something I wouldn't look at all that often. Christ, I don't even buy a round at the pub because I usually have no money.

To highlight this point, when I got to the pub tonight, the first question I was asked was how much money I had come out with. I asked why and they said they had run a sweep to see how much I would come out with, with bets ranging from £3.50 up to £10 !

Just what the hell are those pictures meant to be depicting, what part of the track are we looking at, and what are they actually doing there !

The road from the museum entrance towards Arnage has been moved nearer to the airport, allowing for a footpath on the circuit side of the road.
At the same time a foot/cyclepath has been built behind the grandstands around the Ford Chicane, making it easier to avoid pedestrian congestion near the circuit and access MB campsite and the spectator enclosure up towards the Porsche Curves exit.
The footbridges over the Bugatti circuit have been demolished, and tunnels to replace them will be ready by early March this year. They are also separating vehicle and pedestrian access at the southern entry, by building a pedestrian tunnel.
In 2006 they will further bugger up the circuit by altering the Dunlop chicane.
Happy Christmas, and see you in June.
