If anyone has not yet booked, P& have cheap 3 and 5 day deals, includes LM week. Thursday to Sunday comes out at £38 for car + 9.

Thanks, gave me the boot up the backside to actually book the ferry!  Out Wednesday, back Sunday £44.

Incidentially is upgrading to Club Lounge really worth £12 per person each way?

I have it on good authority that P&O club class does not *necessarily* separate you from screaming kids.

Thanks to those who have confirmed its not worth the upgrade price.  As you may have guessed from the word "really" in my question I was not convinced.  You have convinced me I was right to be sceptical so I'll stay in the paupers seats!
