Anybody heading for Portsmouth today, and possibly the rest of the week, be aware that only one lane is open south bound near Fleet services (Camberley/Frimley area)
Collapsed drain has caused flooding. Doubt they will sort this quickly.
Severe tailbacks with 2 hour delays during rush hour this morning, 30 mins plus delays at the moment. Suspect it will be back to 2 hours this evening.
Knock on effect resulting in delays on the A 30 in the area as well.
