Hi
I am the landlord of the only British pub in Le Mans, run by British for the everyone. You can find us just off the place de la Republique, rue du docteur Leroy. Anyone is welcome. I just wanted to say Hi to all the guys and girls coming down for the race, and if you want to find a lot more British to speak with during the week, we are here! Anyone has any questions, feel free to make comments.

Hello Barry

Wouldn't be a British pub without Guinness, would it!! We do have the Guinness and we also have the only Real Ale in town too, made by a British guy in Normandy. We have real proper beer pumps and all! I don't want to do my advertising on here too much, but we have a lot going on this coming 24 hour week! Our pub is called the UNION JACK

Trust me when I say the Ale is really good, it is! not only that, but british made hot pies and pasties, as well as ACO t-shirts available on sale at the bar.

The pies and pasties will be available from Saturday. Prices from 3€ to 5€. Pint of Real Ale is 5€

We are launching a new lager called BULLDOG BEER on Saturday, which will be 3€ a pint. Got to look after our own, haven't we?!!

We have events throughout the week including a concert this Saturday night (4th), all scrutineering covered live, Pub Quiz on Monday night, a Guitar Hero night on Tuesday, qualifying live (if you're not already up at the circuit) and we will be showing the F1 Canadian Grand Prix on the Sunday night (12th) for all those who stay around.

Any more questions?

hi 69er
does this real ale have a name?

Sure does

HANSY 69 !! (named after my old man as I promised him I would name a beer after him, just before he died of prostate cancer in 2008. The 69 part was his age when he died°

We also have a second Real Ale, as yet un-named. Suggestions accepted and the successful name will win a few pints on the house. Winner to be drawn on Sunday 12th

The pies were excellent and just what the doctor ordered! Well done Hansey.
