Shame to see that news, I liked that car even if Mr H at Radio LM hated it.

I second that, Barry, the Dome is a beautiful coupe and I was looking forward to see this again. What a pity.

Ah, coupe: Does anyone know what happened to those 2 Epsilon Euscadis which were at Le Mans 2 years ago?

Cheers

Werner

If I remember correctly the team had financial problems.
Great shame, I loved those cars, even more than the Dome.
You expected to see Darth Vader get out of them when they came into the pits.

The Dome S102 was built in the UK wasn't it?
Pity it's out - the covered cars are the nearest we've got to the Group C cars which I miss.

Only one car - KSM is on pole on the prototype reserve list because the Tokai University team withdrew.

You don't win Le Mans - you outlast it.

Is that a pun with regards to last years drama ? Shocked

Personally, I regret not seeing the Dome and I also fear that the Norma will not be ready in time for Le Mans. It's always good to see new cars but in this case I hope that Pegasus will throw the towel because it most certainly will be a JLOC like experience if they hold on to their entry. On the plus side this would give KSM another go which would make me happy.  Cheesy

I'm not sure where the car was built but it's true that Dome have two subsidiaries in Kingston upon Thames (Dome Carbon Magic and Dome Tunnel).

I don't care - I'm a racing driver and I'm here to win, not to finish third.

http://www.dome.co.jp/column/images/long_load_le_mans.pdf

A bit long and hard going but its a tale of woe and explains the reasons dome are not racing this year.

PS if your dutch or Jan Lammers fan you might not fully agree!!
