Le Mans - Follow the Carbon Footprints!

Please pay your respects - With all the current media coverage currently, it seems appropriate that CA'ers pay their respects when landing in Brittany and Normandy.

65 years ago, those hundred of thousands of heros selflessly gave all.
Today, thousands of us are free to go into France - because of those men.

Give them a salute when you arive in France. Raise a toast when you arrive in Le Mans. Thier efforts were for us.

Think we should all paint invasion stripes on our cars as a salute

Saw the tributes on TV this morning.

If you are going via Caen then take a quick detour to Pegasus Bridge.   It will only delay you by 15 Minutes.  It's not much to give up for those that went and didn't come back.

If you have more time then a visit to British CWG at Bayeux is a very humbling experience.
