 Cry

The star of one of my absolute favourite TV programs / series has died.

Got the whole Prisoner series and some of the Danger Man episodes on DVD......time for a re-run this weekend I think.

Pot Black's theme tune was the ragtime classic Black and White Rag, composed by George Botsford and performed by Winifred Atwell.

Le Mans - the how you get there is not quite as important as being there.

Rememebered watching it when younger - always seem to be in a loop.

Got closer to No.1 and then the numbers changed - very odd -  also loved the psychedelic feel to it at times.

Who had one of these when they were younger?

I went to Portmeirion, where the series was filmed, in 2007 as a bit of a fan of the series. A very strange place and quite peculiar going round his bedroom which is now a gift shop, and having lunch in the Town Hall.

Well worth a visit, and probably why I prize my Moke above all the cars I have!
