Spent the first part of Independence Day watching two events from England, Wimbledon semi's and GP practice.  About to get down to the serious business of celebrating the day the loonies took charge of the asylum.  First, beer for lunch, set off some fireworks, mid-afternoon beer, walk up to the park with some friends for more beer, and fireworks when the sun goes down.  (and hope my pyromaniac neighbor hasn't managed to burn down the block at some point).
