Those lovely people at Play.com sent me the Duke DVD of this years race yesterday (only £11.99) - having ordered it the week before.
The cover descibes it as "The official highlights of the world's greatest 24 hour endurance race". Also, the back small print says it is produced under licence from the ACO.
Any road up, it's 110 minutes long, in 4:3 standard screen format and is region 0.
The main 'film' has the usual preamble, qualifying and parade footage before a good chunk of race footage, with an acceptable English commentary.
Other DVD 'extras' include Bentley podium interviews, a Perry McCarthy interview and (in my view poor) in car footage.
So, in conclusion (mulord), it's worth the money just to see all those bits of the race you missed because you were piised at the time.
You know who you are
