Anyone know how to renew ACO membership? Since I took it out I have moved and changed my email address so if there was any correspondence asking me to renew I won’t have received it. There must be a method of renewing and keeping the same membership number. Any ideas?

That seems odd, as the ACO send (various) new forms via regular post.

As long as you have last year's card (and so the number), you can probably apply for a new membership stating your old membership number. I believe the form can be downloaded from their site.

Dobbo,
They only remind you by post, - co-incidentally I just received my reminder this week.
I'd say you need to give them a call, or drop them a line, - I often find enclosing a picture of my genitals ensures a prompt response.

Just e-mail them with your change of address details and your membership number and they will update their records. The renew your membership.

One point of note - the membership dept. and the ticketing dept. must have 2 separate member databases as when I changed my address details with one the other still sent correspondence to my old address. You wouldn't want that to happen with your tickets now, would you?

Thats exactly what has happened to me, hence I haven't been getting any correspondence for the past year! Fortunately no ticket problems though  Smiley I've emailed them already so I will patiently await their response.
