It's Official, just checked the ACO web:

http://www.lemans.org/sport/sport/actu/2007-10-15_GD_2483_gb.html

Note the remark about MB at the bottom of the press release as per Piglets post.

OK, Ferry booked and actually £10 cheaper then two months ago!

Pompy - Caen out Sunday Before back Monday after with the camper for £540. That is £200 cheaper then last year and £80 cheaper then LD if they had any space left that is! BF are expensive for cars but cheaper for the big rigs.

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

Just put in the same details as I booked a couple of weeks ago. The price has gone up a tenner and there is not as much availability. Pre guessing the date saved me 10 quid, that's 4 pints Tongue

Unfortunately we are on the crossings before in both cases. As we have our own sleeping accomodation we will sleep on route to Le Mans. Saves over £100 on the crossing for us.
Will see you on site or possibly on route.

Brian,
I hope you are on the same ferry as me, as most of your gear will be in my boot. That is 23.30 on the 8/06/08 and back on the 23.59 on the 16/06/08.
Mike Grin Huh

BTW Rick how did you manage to get your camper for that price. It is cheaper than mine and yours is 2m longer

Did you pay online or did you phone them. We have no option as the camper is too long for the website bookings. I would call them and state that someone you know got a cheaper price then you. Please don't tell them who though!

You are on two night crossings though, change to the afternoon out and camp over with us on route that will save you money. That is why we use the day crossing.
