As well as posting the details of the theft we suffered on another thread, I emailed the ACO yesterday, setting out the details, including the lack of security staff during Saturday and Sunday, compared to the mass of them patrolling the place on the Tuesday through Friday. The response I got today was:
"Dear Sir,
We are sorry for the thefts of which you were victims. Nevertheless, we thank you for having told us about it and we will take care in the future to improve our services for the benefit of our customers and spectators.
Please acccept, Sir, the expression of our distinguished and devoted feelings."

aco@lemans.org, because that seems to work better than a rant in English. Altavista works well enough if you keep the sentences short and simple! His email address is
