The Levellers I might have gone for but there's a race on and nothing (except the 'poo bar meet) and nobody will keep me away.  A band?  What the fl*ck for?

I look forward to this band, as much as I did last years great band.

And miss it!

Like Termi says - theres a race on, not a pop concert (may be its a race to avoid it)

I missed everything last year. Watched race on Motors  tv covered top to toe in chicken pox. Not what you want in your 30's i'll tell you. Gutted that i missed the Charlatans too as Tim Burgess is a mate of a mate and lived over the road from me in Didsbury for years. Top bloke, would have been good to catch up. Hopefully the cars will drown out the scruffy toerags this year. Patron saints of Pikeys that lot!

The Levellers at Le Mans - fantastic every one should go see them as they are fantastic live I can't wait !!!

Hmmm.. some dodgy band and hundreds of french pikey pick pockets trying to re enact fagins last stand... or champers followed by grand marnier crepes and 1664..

Now if it was motorhead then that may have swayed me Wink

Should make for some good conversations between you two!

You will, if all goes to plan, be camping close to each other in a few weeks!

The Levellers, local band for us being based in Brighton and imho pretty good to boot.

Fagey, Rob will be the one with dreadlocks drinking cidar and will have a dog on a piece of string. Grin (only joking Rob! I will make sure we have at least one Levellers CD for you in the car)

Agree about the chickpox sconefinger, I caught it from my daughters 2 years ago, luckly not in June, f**k*ng horrific 2 weeks.

Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better.

That's me sorted for Saturday night - I've seen the levellers at least 8 times in the last few years - That's really excellent news because they truly are an awesome band...not the best setting as they are indeed soap dodging hippies, but their music is excellent...

WOOHOOO!!
