Hmm - it's rushing up on us - best start doing a bit of fettling on the A, rather than leaving it until the morning of departure to check the fluids, kick the tyres, start up and head off with blind optimism....

No, atcherley, plan B this year atcherley includes changing the oil and filter ('cos somebody tole me it were a good-ish idea) prolly before we go rather than after we come back

Pwhoar - don't know about that old chum.  Bit drastic disturbing mechanical components.  You never know what might happen.  Anyway if you use a pint of oil every few hundred miles and top it up every time, you don't need to change it.  Do you?
