Piglet, I don't think we HAVE to be nice, but what the heck!

Congratulations from me too Mark.

Well done, must be nice to know that you are doing IT all right. Smiley

I suppose I have to let you go in front now then...
 Cool

...and there was me thinking I'd try and sneak it in and that nobody would notice for days if at all, but then nothing much gets past Smokie, Rick and Steve.....

Thanks very much folks - you're very kind - and nobody needs to call me sir or be any nicer or nastier than usual.  And Bill, it's not a case of letting me get in front - the A just needs to be made faster than your breathed on Midget!

It was a huge surprise and it all still feels a bit surreal really.  I am acutely conscious though that, whilst it is an award to an individual, a whole raft of people have helped along the way by supporting me in many ways in everything I've had a crack at.   So, aside from whatever else I may have done at work to warrant it, motoring has actually played a part in it, with racing in the BORC, and the charity track days that I organised at Marham - thanks to CAers for the encouragement and the support to all of those ventures.   All the best for now,

MG Mark

Happy new year to everyone, here's to a great 07 and a great Le Mans.

PS Mark do you require chauffering to the Palace in a certain green van?  Shocked

Now there's a thought - the immortal Commer wending its way down the Mall  Grin - I'll let you know once I know a date, although I suspect the Commer will still be deep in winter slumber mode  Wink

Happy new year again everyone, sorry I've been a bit quiet on here so far, but work has the better of me at the moment. I'm therefore delighted to announce I'm going on holiday tomorrow with The Gimp, chasing powder snow, or more likely slush, on Mont Blanc. Adios gringos, until!
