Just got my monthly CAMRA mag, front cover colour feature is the Argyll, Is this the one you have the London meets at. It says the pub is right next to Oxford Circus tube.Looks really good

Yes Ian, we've used that pub quite a few times. 
It gets very busy in the evenings as it's right by the London Palladium and Oxford Street, so full of tourists getting ripped off  Roll Eyes

First 'event' there I recall was for the England Rugby team parade - I don't remember much more of that evening though  Grin

Maybe if we are going to to Dover Street we should meet at Argyll as there is no excuse for not being able to find it (for those of us that may be drinking early/don't know London.)

Oh yes, it's all coming back to me now - some very arty fag packet sketches of how to get to Mulsanne Corner for Gib  Roll Eyes
