Digital Television in Le Mans area??

My brother who lives in Germany has a portable LCD TV with integrated digital decoder which he plans to bring along to pick up Eurosport.

Does anyone know if France has a 'freeview' style digital broadcast in the Le Mans area?

There is a map of coverage on here and a page saying the LeMans had a digital transmitter October last year:
