Trawling through Frappr this morning and found it!!!  Yes, hadn't taking my pills, doing early mornings and late nights at the moment and sleeping during the day,  when will the normal body clock kick back in.

Downstairs yes, upstairs no. 

House re-slated, the scaffolding is down, first fix plumbing and electrics done, all walls up / insulated / plasterboarded.
Now waiting on a plasterer to skim the walls (my plastering is only okay for third world countries).

to do - second fix electrics sockets lighting / sanitary ware / skirting and architrave, decorating, carpets, move upstairs (tidy up downstairs)  Roll Eyes

I need another holiday .....................
