There was a mention of another supermarket several miles down from Mulsanne on the N138. Anyone know anything?
We found a Super U at Ecommoy (a few miles south of Mulsanne on the N138) on the way back from picking up the 'Friday Arrivals' from Tours airport this year. Very well stocked. I think it was there that one of our group sneeked off to purchase what he mistakenly thought was hemorrhoid cream ("well, the packaging looked the same as the stuff I buy in the UK.....") to relieve his suffering. When applied to the 'area of irritation' he became quite withdrawn, his eyes welled up and he started gyrating like a lap dancer until finally blurting out something along the lines of " Has anyone got a Wet One and some Savlon, my bloody ass is on fire"!!!
