I think the difference is that it's  now run by his daughter (?) Rachel Welter. She must have told them to "drive carefully".  Sad
I thought one was entered by her & the other by him...I'm waiting for the obvious CA humour... Wink

Doubt it makes much difference though, the cars are still run very badly!! I dunno if it's his daughter or wife, maybe a picture is needed for the Girls, Girls, Girls thread?? Or maybe she's not much of a looker (not that it's ever stopped me before Grin )

definitely looks like it was the entry to the dunlop chicance, just before the dunlop bridge

The W in WR is the same as the W in WM. Mr Welter was, or may still be for all I know, the head of the design dept at Peugeot.
No I think it stand for Wite Ranker.

Do not confuse WR with the WM Peugeots, a legendary French team of yore, who were hell for leather merchants and who hold the record for top speed on the Mulsanne (about 251mph/400kph if I'm not mistaken). It will never be broken. Heros!

Was this the year they taped over the air ducts in qualifying to reach 250 ?  The engine lasted one lap  Grin
