Try "Legends" just down the road from the square, if you like Italian type food, think its called rue du port, a few minutes walk away from the town,. Has a 24 hours race  decor.

L'Auberge de la Croix Margot at Beaumont sur Sarthe (RN138 noth of Le Mans) is very, very good - and not silly pricey.
Usually a Monday lunchtime venue for us - might be very busy on Sunday evening, but it is the proverbial dogs bollocks.

Tables de la Fontaine at Cerans Foulletourte - just 10 minutes south of Arnage on the Rn 23
