Help for 2006

I'm told you guys are the experts so here goes - We're looking at bringing maybe 15 - 20 folks to the race in 2006 and have never been the before.  We're thinking of coming in for the entire week.  What's the best place or method to check out the different lodging / camping options and when should we have our arrangements made?

if you prefer camping tickets just order them now !!! For 20 people an average of 3 to 4 camping pitches could be quite enough
