I have just read on teletext that wrc champion sebastian loeb will be driving for pescarolo sport at this years le mans. Will he be allowed a co driver Grin

The only problem being that he has to rush off after the end of Rally Turkey and get to Le Mans for the test day to do his mandatory 10 laps. Good job there is an airport next to the track isn't it.  
He has already tested and was on the pace straight away. The drive came mainly because he is a Playstation sponsored driver and Pescarolo's team is sponsored by Playstation.

Will be a big draw for the French crowd. I'm not French but I am a Loeb fan, so i can't wait to see how he gets on myself.

Afternoon all,
Looking forward to seeing how Sebastian does.  The guy is obviously a born racer and he should fly.  Over the years some of the rally guys have made a big impact at the Sarthe, Vic Elford and Gerard Larrousse being probably the best examples.  As I said, Loeb should take to sportscar racing like a duck to water.

Transworld Sport will feature Sebastian Leob and his LM start in next Sat (11th) program, starts 7 am Ch4.
