The 2nd Champion Audi is listed as a UK entered car,
2 Panoz's in the line up for GT2, but no Lister in LMP1 and only one RHF Dome sure to start and no works Neilsen Zytec.

Personally I'm not bothered by the omission of the Lister, it serves them right IMO. Anyone who is idiot enough to ask Andy Thorby to design a racecar does not deserve to be selected to race. They should have learned from the tough lesson taught to Panoz.

It would be nice to see both Dome cars start. They have a great attitude, and their loyal fans deserve it. Always found those Dutch to be good sports opposite the pits  Smiley

What I find rather bizarre is the way they run the selection process from here on.

If any car, from any class, pulls out, the forst car on the reseve list gets in, i.e. another Porker! So if two LMP1's drop out, we get one GT2 and one GT1, and the RFH Dome misses out. It all seems very bizarre. But then I suppose it is the ACO so who would expect anything different!?!?

In fact the RFH Dome is the only Reserve LMP car so we could lose 8 LMP's and only have one replacement, with the other spaces all going to GT1 and GT2.

Hi every one

Don't forget that team Jota in the Zytek is an English team (from Kent) driving an English built car fitted with an English engine and driven by two English drivers. If this does not qualify it for support from CA what does?

but they're owned by ford  - they are american with vast resources admittedly they are fighting to save the oil resources so we may continue to go motor racing but one does have to draw th eline

we shall put our support behind the cash starved team from GB, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight in the streets.tally ho......

Not so I'm afraid. Dave Richards has put a lot of his own money up, and they are surviving on second hand kit from the last Prodrive effort with the Ferraris. This truely is a British racing team. Even all the pit crew were speaking English (unlike the Bentley pits)

ohh okay then

it appears to be another true british team, no money, no parts, no hope, but we will win again

Shame about the Lister, great noise, nice looking car.

1 TVR is a shame

too many porkers

Too many cars from that french man again, he will never get anywhere with a PUG engine, hey Henry
