If you mean Le Mans the movie I don't know.

The official magazine had a cover CD (2002 or 2003) which had samples of a number of engines. For a non-enthusiast, I was surprised how many I recognised. (at least one, ISTR)

Right. I meant Le Mans the movie.

Can't find it and it is strange since monsieur Legrand (who composed the music) is a well known composer...

If you look for some Le Mans (the race)  soundtrack try this link

This looked promising for a bit but I can't find it anywhere other than this web site.

http://www.blaxploitation.com/s_227.html

Le Mans  Nov 99
   1971
Catalogue No. Columbia S 30891
Rating 4
Artist    Michel Legrand

"French soundtrack composer par excellance Legrand scores another winner with this great groovy soundtrack to Steve McQueen vehicle 'Le Mans'. McQueen did most of his own driving in the movie, a pet project of his. Best track is the gritty organ/horns blast of The Race: First Laps, complete with revving engines and race commentary - great stuff!"

In France you may find the vinyl disk, maybe not the CD

Hey Ridefast, bought the vinyl LP Le Mans Movie soundtrack off ebay.com a while back from a bloke in California for about 4 quid, a mate of mine can burn vinyl to CD so now have a CD copy of it, the quality isn't top draw but it is okay. Sure it wouldn't hurt to burn you off a copy, let me know if you are interested, mail me, fugitive4000@hotmail.com

cheers! AB.
