ACO contact

We have been on the waiting list for a place at a campsite since early August last year. By now we would be more than happy for a place at Parking Rouge, but we are not able to get through to ACO. They are not answering neither phone nor e-mail. Does anyone know what the h... to do?!!!!

This will/could be my 8th visit - and by far the most troublesome...

You'll probably be experiencing troubly getting through at the moment because the MotoGP is at Le Mans this weekend.
Try again after the weekend , they are usually very helpful.

We were on the "waiting list" for Houx and MB sites, but were offered Beausejour, and rather than risk being disappointed we said "yes" to the Beausejour site.

The ACO kept us on a waiting list for the otheres tho' and when I queried with them the other day where my tickets were, they told me they were keeping me on the waiting list just in case any turned up.  I thanksed them and told them to send the tickets.

If you have had a similar history, I suggest faxing.  They dont reply, but they get the message OK.  We have been lucky getting thru on the phone tho'
