New Awards - Suggestions needed!!!

At Dreamracers, towards the end of last year, we spawned the idea of the D.O.A.s (or Dreamracers Other Awards) The idea was to recognise the under achievers in motorsport.
Some ideas being suggested so far are:
Best failed overtaking attempt
Worst organised event
Team least likely to be able to organise a piss up in a brewery.
The 'J-LO' award (biggest Prima donna in motorsport)
Atheletes tongue award (best foot in mouth or media gaff award)
Anyone want to nominate any one for the above awards or suggest a category and nominees?

How about:
Best Driver Cock-Up - Biela running on air, Le Mans 2003
Best Technology Cock-up - McLaren listening to Northampton taxi radio broadcasts on their pit/driver radios, Silverstone 2002.
Most avoidable crash - Lister, Le Mans qualifying 2003
All the best,
Mark

Chump of the year - Frank Biela , My FSi powered Audi goes 2 laps futher than anyone else Audi, le Mans 2003
Team least likely to be able to organise a piss up in a brewery. Foggy Petronas Racing . He cant even get two bikes round a circuit yet.
The 'J-LO' award (biggest Prima donna in motorsport) Max Biaggi - Moto GP, coz he's an intalian ponce . He checked his face looked good prior toputting his lid on before the Malasian Gp 2 weeks ago.

How about this one:
AutoTrader Award - McLaren, who have for sale a good low milage MP4/18, good condition, good tyres (although they're a bit wide at the front), gearbox needs attention though. Phone Ron (not Sundays in summer).
