I would like to say a big thank you to two Club Arnage members that have helped me out this past week. Firstly Dottore / Kristof for showing me around Nurburgring and taling me to some great locations on the track and being a great source of information.  Also for assisting with down loading my photos onto disk.

Then also big thanks to Black Granny / Rick who let me into his home for a few hours to download the rest of my  pictures to free up the cards for Goodwood. Pleasure to finally meet a Planet Rock anorak.

Both of you are stars, many thanks for your help.

Regards
Chris

Nah, sh*t !  Grin

What do you think Kev. Rained 4 out of 5 days, but loved everything except the shite thumping music the Germans were playing at 5 am every day and then setting of airbombs to make sure everyone was awake. Worth the trip just to see those magnificent tits on the singer of the German pop band that was playing on the Thursday night on the campsite stage.

Yup, got to love that sh*t euro thrash metal jive bunny disco pop that they all seem to play.

Directly across from us in Houx at LM this year were a group of young German chaps with a mega sound system that seemed to only be capable of playing aforementioned sh*t-beats.

After about 3 hours of putting up with this, a 'committee' of neighbouring (predominantly middle aged Brit) campers was formed to eradicate this aural detritus.

The lads' line of defence was that this was 'normal' at the Nurburgring.  They were quickly reminded that this was NOT the Nurburgring.

We didn't hear a peep for the rest of the stay.

I did consider going over and burning down their tent but was informed by some othet Brits that had already been over that they had a camouflage tent, explosives and were all mental so decided to leave them be and suffer. LOL  !

Always nice to guide someone around there, it's a great track to hang around.
