I've had my fair share of problems with the ACO in years gone by - on occasions dealing with them has been like banging my head against a very spiky brick wall. But this time I have to admit they've impressed me. I refused to use the useless web booking system, because it didn't have the tickets I wanted, so I emailed them a request instead. Then, back in Feb, they rang me up (and persisted when I didn't answer the first time), to ask me if I still wanted the tickets because they hadn't had my payment. They took payment over the phone, adjusted my booking on the spot and even sold me an extra BN ticket alongside my existing places. Polite, helpful and able to use some initiative - what's happened to the old billeterie?
