Its the ultimate F1 car as designed by Adrian Newey. No rule book and anything goes, so maybe its a CanAm car! (or a means to get Red Bull more attention)
It does not exist in real terms but is on the Playstation game GT5 as the ultimate prize.
Fantastic looking car but it only exists in cyber world at the moment.

I read an interview Newey gave to a trade mag at the end of last year - he was saying that it's perfectly fiesable to build the proto, but the calcs show that it would pull so many G's in the corners that the drivers would black out driving it !!!

The first thing I thought of when I saw this was, 1981 Interscope Indycar. The car Danny Ongais led the 500 before stuffing it into the third turn wall (right in front of a 18 year old Fax) and landing himself in Methodist Hospital the rest of the summer. Fax

Hi Fax, I watched Danny launch an Indy car off the Hump on the back straight at Mosport in 78 (?). Win or blow never lift was never truer than of Danny. Yes an ex Dragracer. Entertaining to watch. Phil

Hi Phil, Agreed, he was always great fun to watch. When he crashed at Indy in '81, I really though he had bought it right in front of me, couldn't see any way that someone could survive that. But he was back next spring, a little hitch in his walk, but still crazy as ever. A vivid Ongais memory was from the Sept. 1982 Mid-Ohio 6 Hr IMSA race. A few of us were standing along the fencing at the bottom of the esses, just before the bridge, watching John Paul Jr try to get his stopped Porsche 935 back up and running, he had pulled over right next to the spectator fencing, and he was chatting with us as he's trying to fix the car, all of the sudden Ongais pulls off, across the track from him, the back of his Interscope Lola Chevy-turbo totally engulfed in flames, Danny bails out and watches the car go up in smoke while the fire crews try to douse it. JPJ looks over at us bemused and say's "I got problems, but nothing like his!" Fax
