Robbo SPS has just popped up on real rescues after a RTA involving a pick-up and a break away trailer.

 Cheesy

If that's the one I think it was the trailer was full of roofing asphalt and weighed in around 4 tonnes.  About twice the weight of the pick up.

Anyway, the trailer had been sat in the sun & the bottom layer of asphalt had melted & 'glued' the brake cables so that all the weight of the trailer was on the pick up - hence jack knife.

He has plenty of other 'interesting' stories...

That's my permanent work place, I never get snowed in as I don't need to go out apart from walk to the local.  Grin
